WHAT WE DO
As women, we understand how hard it is to get back into the workforce after being away for so long, as well as how hard it can be to define one’s career path. We know the peculiar limitations women face that hinder their ability to grow professionally. However, we believe that women do not need to choose between being a mother, a wife, a sister, or a professional. Instead, women can be all of those and more if they choose.
At The Ore Place, we recognize the importance of a robust support system as women navigate the intricacies of work. That’s why one of our strongest mechanisms for building support is through networking and mentoring opportunities. We pair the women in our community with vetted mentors to encourage and support them on their journey. Additionally, we provide cutting-edge tools and services that enable women to thrive in business and their professional lives.
