ABOUT OREACCESS

OreAccess is a digital inclusion platform by The Ore Place that uses AI and data-driven tools to connect women and persons with disabilities to life-changing training, jobs, mentorship, and funding opportunities.
Starting in Benue State, OreAccess is our pilot toward a national movement one that ensures that disability is never a barrier to opportunity. The platform integrates community data, AI recommendations, and human support to help users discover tailored opportunities that match their skills, interests, and goals.

We believe that every person, regardless of ability, deserves the same access to growth, employment, and economic independence.

STRATEGIC VISION

Our vision is to build Nigeria’s largest AI-powered opportunity hub for people with disabilities linking inclusive employers, educators, funders, and communities to create a network of possibilities across all 36 states.

OreAccess aims to:

  • Use ethical AI to identify and match real opportunities to real people.
  • Drive digital accessibility and inclusion through smart technology and human-centered design.
  • Build partnerships with local and global organizations that believe in inclusive growth and innovation.
  • Transform disability data into insight and empowerment, not exclusion.

For us at The Ore Place, women’s empowerment is incomplete if the voices, stories, and lived experiences of all women are not included. OreAccess is our way of recognizing that women with disabilities in Nigeria face additional barriers to achieving their goals and so, we refuse to be bystanders.

OUR APPROACH

Our model begins where women already are in communities, training hubs, and local associations. Through our community engagements, we meet women with disabilities, understand their goals, and onboard them into OreAccess.

Our approach blends AI innovation, empathy, and community infrastructure bridging the digital divide with real outcomes.

AI Matching

Users receive curated lists of jobs, training, or mentorship programs based on their profile.

Local Data Integration

The platform draws from verified local and national datasets to ensure relevance.

Ongoing Support

Our network of partners provides hands-on guidance for applications, skill building, and inclusion readiness.

Impact Tracking

Each interaction contributes to our data-driven understanding of how to expand opportunity access.

“The true measure of development is inclusion.”

“AI should not only think smarter it should help us act fairer.” Sundar Pichai

OUR IMPACT

OreAccess represents the kind of future we’ve always imagined one where inclusion isn’t an afterthought but the foundation of innovation. Every time a woman with a disability finds a training, a job, or a mentor through OreAccess, we move closer to a world where opportunity truly belongs to everyone. This isn’t charity it’s justice, powered by data, community, and empathy.

Behind OreAccess is a deep belief that access should never depend on privilege or proximity. Our work is about creating intelligent bridges between ability and opportunity, between need and support. We’re proud to see technology serving the very people who are often excluded from its benefits. This is what inclusive innovation looks like.
