The Circle Where Friendship Meets Potential

OreSphere is the heartbeat of The Ore Place a dynamic circle where friendship, growth, and empowerment meet. It’s where women come together to learn, connect, and transform their ambitions into action.

Built as our post-needs-assessment engagement hub, OreSphere is the next step following our connection with women in communities across Nigeria.

Participants are grouped, trained, mentored, and supported through a hybrid model via WhatsApp, Zoom, SMS groups, and local meetups making empowerment truly accessible to all.

Every woman joins a circle built around her goals, guided by our four focus pillars:

Business Development: Build and scale sustainable enterprises.
Networking & Mentoring: Form meaningful connections that foster growth.
Research & Advocacy: Use your voice to drive positive change.
Internship Opportunities: Access hands-on experience and career pathways.

Through hands-on training, peer accountability, and expert mentorship, women develop both personal and professional resilience.

OreSphere exists to ensure that no woman is left behind regardless of location or resources. Through hybrid engagement (digital, SMS, and in-person), we create a sustainable ecosystem where women gain skills, confidence, and networks, transforming program participants into lifelong changemakers.

OUR APPROACH

Entry & orientation

Women join OreSphere after participating in one of The Ore Place’s community engagement initiatives. They are welcomed into the Circle and introduced to the mission, values, and the importance of connection.

Participants are grouped based on their focus area: Business Development, Networking & Mentoring, Research & Advocacy, or Internship Opportunities.

Engagement & Growth

Eight-week cycles of hands-on training, peer accountability, mentorship, and personal development exercises.

Ongoing Support

Continued guidance, access to grants, showcases, and advanced programs under OreAccess and OreSave.
